The English Education Development Center was established on April 1, 2007. The EEDC provides the English education program for freshmen and sophomores at OCU; the Center designs and offers curriculum for College English (CE) and Advanced College English (ACE) classes with emphasis on small-sized classes and immersion in English mainly by teachers from abroad. In order to develop students' self-learning habits the Center also manages the English Cafe.
