Recipes from OCU Students Now Available at Kintetsu Abeno Harukas!
Started in July 2019, the “Original Recipe Card Development Project” is a collaboration between 21 students from the Faculty and Graduate School of Human Life Science at Osaka City University (OCU) and Kintetsu Department Store located in Abeno Harukas. Running off the success of a previous bestseller – a delicious curry with beef and vegetables – this project has created a menu of well-balanced and healthy recipes that use seasonal ingredients and specially selected seasonings.?
Based on knowledge the students have acquired throughout the school year, 13 recipes have been carefully crafted and are now available for everyone at the Kintetsu Department Store in Abeno Harukas.
