This year’s theme was “Multi-cultural exchanges experiences”. It is a student- led contest, thus students themselves play a role of master of ceremony at the contest. Nine international students (three from each university) gave speeches in Japanese and competed the contents and expressions.
Each student made a unique speech based on his/her individual experience such as something they realized for the first time, encounter, new discoveries and so on and the audience attentively listened their speeches. The OCU students accomplished good results winning the golden, silver, encouragement awards as well as won the first place in the group section.
Speeches were followed by performance by Jenga, an OPU magic club. After the award ceremony an exchange party was held and the event became a precious opportunity for the international students of three universities to promote mutual friendship.
