On 6 November 2014 OCU signed a university-level and inter-faculty academic exchange agreement with the VNU University of Economics and Business in Vietnam. The signing ceremony took place during a visit to OCU by the Rector of VNU-UEB on 6 November 2014.

The meeting following the ceremony was used to discuss concrete ideas and proposals for exchange projects.

We hope the signing ceremony will be the start of a fruitful academic exchange between our universities.????
